Riverstreet Manor is currently looking for a full-time Human Resources (HR) Manager! This is a great opportunity to gain HR experience with HEALTHCARE HEROS!

Requirements of the Human Resources (HR) Manager:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
  • Previous experience with Unions highly preferred.
  • Two (2) plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, preferably in a long-term care or hospital setting.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources (HR) Manager:

  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Organization development and training in support of organizational directives
  • Management of employment and compliance/regulatory concerns
  • Employee staffing, orientation, development, and training
  • Policy implementation and education
  • Employee relations including direction of the employee engagement committee
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health management including management of location Workers Compensation and Unemployment programs
