Atlantic Group is hiring a Human Resources (HR) Manager for our manufacturing client in New Providence, NJ (Hybrid). This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation. You will lead HR strategy, oversee talent acquisition and workforce development, ensure labor law compliance, and enhance HR processes, systems, and company culture to support business growth.
Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000/year
Location: New Providence, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Human Resources (HR) Manager:- HR Compliance & Policy Management: Develop policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive culture and manage conflict resolution.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Training & Performance Management: Develop training, evaluations, and career growth programs.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HRIS, generate reports, and support data-driven decisions.
Qualifications for the Human Resources (HR) Manager:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR management, with expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in cosmetics or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Compliance Expertise: In-depth understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
