General Purpose:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing administrative support to HR and administering HR policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field required.
3+ years of related experience.
Ability to multi-task numerous responsibilities and prioritize workload.

Attention to detail; ability to perform duties with high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to motivate others.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Driver’s License
PHR or similar certification is preferred

The work environment primarily requires the employee to work inside in a climate controlled administrative office setting and dress business casual in accordance with the GLOCK Employment Policy Handbook. Employee will work regularly scheduled shifts within the department’s hours of operation and may be asked to work overtime and weekends, when needed for special assignments or programs.
