Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. in Blaine, MN, is seeking an experienced HR professional for a six-month assignment in the People & Culture Department.

You’ll lead recruiting from posting through onboarding, perform weekly payroll, support payroll audits, maintain HR records and HRIS, and partner with leaders to provide exceptional team member support. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR/business, 3+ years HR experience, 2+ years payroll and recruiting experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related area.
• 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
• 2+ years of payroll experience preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.

Arrow Finishing is looking for someone who already understands HR, enjoys supporting people, and can step in with confidence into our People & Culture Department. You’ll work closely with our P&C Manager and play an important role in recruiting, payroll, onboarding, and day-to-day People & Culture operations during a period of growth. What You'll Do
