Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional for a six-month assignment in Blaine, MN. You will lead recruiting from posting to onboarding, manage payroll, and support day-to-day People & Culture operations, collaborating with the P&C Manager.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in HR or related field plus 3+ years HR experience; payroll and recruiting experience preferred, with strong interpersonal skills. This is a temporary, full-time role with a flexible schedule.

You’ll work closely with our P&C Manager and play an important role in recruiting, payroll, onboarding, and day-to-day People & Culture operations during a period of growth. What You'll Do
