Office of Administration/Employee Engagement Division is transforming its approach to end-to-end talent management to better serve the citizens of Missouri. We are committed to recruiting, retaining and training top talent across Office of Administration. To help move this effort forward, we are looking for a professional to help deliver a recruiting program for our department.
We’re looking to fill a role of Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter within the OA Office of Employee Engagement. The focus of this position will be to full cycle recruitment for the Office of Administration. The right candidate will be able to successfully work with a variety of hiring managers and meet their individual recruitment needs. The selected individual will also be responsible to help support major initiatives such as our MoCareers online application platform and onboarding framework. Both innovative and traditional sources of recruitment strategies and processes will be leveraged to source all possible talent pools; work as a front-line recruiter to include event coordination with schools and agencies, as well as sourcing candidates directly. The position is fast-paced with a lot of details to manage all at once. The right person will thrive in a newly developed environment as we continue to build our modern recruitment approach for OA. We have fun and work hard – we are looking for someone comfortable enough to jump in, roll up their sleeves and be awesome.
