Looking for Experienced Graduates in Recruitment for HR Recruiter Position with excellent English communication. Work from Home - Immediate Joiners.

Qualification: Only Graduate

Location: Remote

Salary: 10000 to 25000 (30% Hike on previous CTC) + Incentive

Job Type: Full Time

Mandatory:

• Language - English and Hindi
• Laptop, Android phone, and Broadband.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment.
• Make 60-80 calls daily.
• Able to work under target and pressure.
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals like Naukri / LinkedIn.
• Screening candidates' resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
• Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.

Requirements:

1. Must be a Graduate along with recruitment experience.
2. Need to have excellent communication skills.
3. Must have knowledge of screening and sourcing.
4. Must have a laptop & WiFi connection.
5. Must be comfortable with targets.
