This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. You'll be the go-to HR resource for our employees and supervisors while managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, compliance and HR systems.

QualificationsQualifications:
The HR Generalist/Manager should have a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience. Previous hands-on experience in human resources is required, with nonprofit or mission-driven experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, including FMLA, ADA, and wage and hour requirements, as well as experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills are essential.
This position requires someone who is approachable, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative, manage competing priorities, follow through on responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is expected. A valid Ohio driver's license, safe driving record, and access to reliable transportation are required.
