Job Title: Human Resources Bilingual Spanish

Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr (range provided by Ajulia Executive Search; actual pay depends on skills and experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Workers' compensation reporting
• File management and background verifications
• Design and manage local policies in line with national legislation
• Post and monitor open positions on recruiting websites
• Administer onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Develop and maintain talent management processes
• Stay updated on federal and state employment laws
• Respond to HR-related inquiries
• Conduct benefit review meetings
• Manage applications, responses, and pre-screening processes
• Conduct reference checks and prepare hiring paperwork
• Order drug tests and complete I-9 verifications

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
• Knowledge of employment and wage laws
• Experience with payroll processing
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and terminations
• Understanding of labor laws
• Strong HR practices, policies, and procedures knowledge
• Understanding of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee & labor relations
• Knowledge of medical and vision insurance, and paid time off
