As a Wealth Management Client Care Customer Service Representative, you will work in an inbound contact center providing exceptional service to our Wealth Management clients or branch office partners regarding their banking or brokerage accounts including credit and debit cards and small business accounts. Client Service Representatives may handle inbound calls from clients, branch offices, banking centers, and/or various internal associates

This Reasonable Accommodation Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Managing the initial engagement with colleagues requesting accommodations
• Responsible for the intake process and overseeing a variety of tasks related to accommodation requests, including the review of supporting documentation and responding to inquiries
• Ensures compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA/ADAAA), applicable federal and state laws, and company policies as they relate to accommodation requests due to physical or mental impairments, pregnancy or pregnancy-related conditions, religious beliefs, and circumstances involving domestic violence

Education/Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements for this Reasonable Accommodation Analyst:

• 2+ years of Accommodations/HR experience required
• Must be tech savvy
• Must have a quiet place/private area to work remotely
• Strong communication and time management skills
