Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking an HR Generalist for a Food & Beverage manufacturer in Bristol, WI. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience in a professional environment, preferably in manufacturing, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.

This role includes front-line recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, and staff development. You will work with leaders to manage attendance, safety rules, and GMP compliance while supporting performance reviews and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in a professional environment, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws and GMP rules.

Responsibilities

• Act as a front-line recruiter and partner with external recruitment agencies.
• Manage benefits administration and payroll processing.
• Coordinate staffing, movement, and development of talent with leaders.
• Support supervisors with employee issues and attendance policy compliance.
• Collaborate with managers on training, certifications, and safety compliance.
• Assist with performance reviews and quarterly evaluations.
• Engage with legal resources to stay compliant with laws and regulations.

Job description

The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalis for a Food & Beverage manufacturer in the Bristol, WI area. The right candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources in a professional environment (manufacturing preferred).

COMPENSATION:

75k to 85k plus full paid benefits

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but please apply)

MUST HAVE:

3+ years of experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

• Act as a front-line recruiter and work with external recruitment partners
• Manage benefit administration
• Handle payroll and PDO earned
• Work with leaders to proactively manage the staffing, movement and development of talent
• Assist supervisors in the handling of employee issues
• Work with Managers to address attendance, uniform code, protective gear, safety rules, GMP violations
• Contribute to quarterly reviews and performance reviews
• Enforce the plant attendance policy
• Coordinate, schedule, and track employee training/certification
• Work with recruiters to bring in contract workers when needed
• Work with outside legal and resources, to stay current on laws and regulations
• Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related business field
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
