Job summary

TORRECID USA seeks a hands-on HR professional to build and structure the HR function for our growing U.S. operation in Tennessee. This is not a maintenance role; it’s about shaping HR with a build-from-ground-up approach and delivering tangible impact.

You will lead recruiting, implement HR policies, and partner with leadership to align people strategy with rapid company growth. Strong communication and collaboration with international teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or similar)
• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn and achieve ambitious goals.
• Outgoing, disciplined, and self-motivated personality.
• Open-minded, with a collaborative approach to working with international teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Lead recruiting and hiring processes across departments.
• Implement HR processes and policies.
• Manage employee relations and performance discussions.
• Support leadership with organizational structure improvements.
• Act as a key partner to leadership in people strategy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
