Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Seattle location. The role is in-office in Seattle, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The position involves recruitment support, handling leave and accommodations, investigations, union grievances, and employee relations, plus general HR admin duties. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.

HR Generalist

Location: Seattle, WA (In Office)

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $24.00/hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to help support our location in SeaTac, WA. This position is responsible for assisting with recruitment, leave of absences, accommodations, investigations, union grievances, employee relations and various tasks including administrative support to the team.
