Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America in Seattle is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, leaves, accommodations, investigations, and employee relations, with in-office hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

This position includes administrative support to the HR team and collaboration with operations to maintain a positive workplace while upholding company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes.
• Handle leaves of absence and accommodations.
• Conduct investigations and address union grievances.
• Manage employee relations tasks.

HR Generalist

Location: Seattle, WA (In Office)

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $24.00/hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to help support our location in SeaTac, WA. This position is responsible for assisting with recruitment, leave of absences, accommodations, investigations, union grievances, employee relations and various tasks including administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
