Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in SeaTac/Seattle, WA is seeking an Admin Generalist / Scheduler for a full-time, in-office role.

You will perform heavy data entry and coordinate with our scheduling and operations team, requiring strong written and intermediate computer skills and the ability to work both independently and with a larger team. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and standard office hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.

Admin Generalist / Scheduler

Location: SeaTac / Seattle WA (100% In Office)

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $26.00/hour

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas.

In this role, you will be responsible for heavy data entry working with our scheduling and operations team. Strong written and intermediate computer skills required. Must be able to work independently and with a larger team.
