Job summary

Az Recruiting is assisting a Distribution Center Client in Savannah, GA to hire an HR Generalist. You will deliver HR services across talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, benefits, training and development, and employee relations.

Requires a minimum of 3 years' HR coordinator/Generalist experience, strong communication, leadership, and collaboration with all levels of the organization. Payroll processing and onboarding are included in responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Implements HR programs and services across talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and training.
• Supports records management, safety, and labor relations with compliant processes.
• Develops HR solutions by collecting information and recommending actions.
• Improves manager and employee performance through coaching and counseling.
• Manages PTO records and payroll-related tasks as part of HR duties.
• Oversees recruiting, new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Helps coordinate facility refurbishment and events within the organization.
• Requires exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Looking for a generalist with a minimum of 3 years HR coordinator/Generalist experience!

• Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
• Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
• Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
• Manage PTO records, ADP EZ Labor
• Recruiting, new employee orientation, payroll processing
