Job summary

H&CO in San Francisco is seeking an HR Generalist & Office Administration Specialist to oversee HR processes and daily office operations. You will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle activities while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and admin operations.
  • Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments is a plus.

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support employee relations, inquiries, orientation, training, and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance activities.
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
  • Process invoices, purchase requests, and admin documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and office logistics.
  • Maintain inventory of office assets and supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and employees.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee orientation, training programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance-related activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Office Administration, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and administrative operations.
  • Experience working in multinational or fast-paced business environments is a plus.
