Wor-Wic Community College is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide high-level support and customer service for the HR department. You will coordinate recruitment activities, enter and maintain HR data, and assist senior HR leadership with department initiatives and special projects.

Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a human resources generalist to provide high-level support and customer service for the human resources department by coordinating employment recruitment activities; entering, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy and retention of human resources data and records; and assisting the senior director of human resources and vice president for human resources with department initiatives and special projects. This is a full-time standard support staff position with an excellent fringe benefits package including participation in the Maryland State Retirement and Pension system, which requires a 7% contribution from the employee.
Days and Hours of work are Mon. - Fri., 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch). Occasional evening and overtime work may be required to meet departmental needs and support college events and activities.
The starting hourly rate for this position will likely range from $28.00 to $34.33 per hour depending on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
