Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee local HR requirements in partnership with the leadership team in Pittsburg, CA. The role includes performance management, employee relations, engagement, recruitment, payroll coordination, benefits, and leave administration.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR, a high school diploma with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience overseeing Human Resources.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Payroll experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all local HR requirements in partnership with leadership, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and some Payroll and Benefits responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR to ensure alignment.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information.
• Manage local payroll processes with Payroll Manager using Dayforce for Time and Attendance.
• Handle new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork for all employees.
• Recruit and hire production associate workers.
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and the local Community Giving program.
• Administer benefits and assist with Open Enrollment.
• Responsible for Leave of Absence administration (FMLA, PLOA, MLOA) and on-site Workers Comp filings.
• Assist in safety program compliance and postings with Leadership.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Oversee all local HR requirements in partnership with the leadership team, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and some Payroll and Benefits responsibilities.

• Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and maintain the local Community Giving program.
• Administer benefits, including disseminating benefit packets and assisting with Benefits Open Enrollment
• Responsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA, as well as on-site coordinator for Workers Comp filings.
• Assist in the compliance and posting requirements of our safety program with the Leadership Team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably bilingual Spanish
• Minimum of 5 years' of experience overseeing Human Resources
• Minimum of High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Payroll experience is preferred but not required
