The Associate Recruiter plays a foundational role in Equiliem's recruiting organization. No staffing experience is required - we provide a comprehensive, hands-on training program that teaches sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, communication skills, and the fundamentals of recruiting in the staffing industry.
