Reporting Relationships: The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Human Resources Manager.
Position summary:
Apply human resources expertise to provide a wide range of Human Resources (HR) support and advice to the staff. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by executing the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruiting. The successful candidate is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talents across various departments within the organization. Collaborating closely with hiring directors to identify needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.
This position requires solid organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail and strong background in Compliance and Labor Laws.
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with the requirements of the New York State and New York City pay transparency laws. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individuals’ competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.
The base salary for this role ranges from $65,000.00 to $68,958.50.
