Administers, develops and researches the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions. The primary focus for this role will be to identify gaps, reconcile, maintain accuracy, generate reports and help analyze Human Resources data. He/she will perform routine system administration tasks, train users and create/execute processes to maintain data integrity of the HRIS.

Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individuals’ competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000.00 to $74,263.02
