Support a thriving manufacturing workforce by maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring seamless HR processes, and serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers. You will play a vital role in onboarding, compliance, documentation, and communication within the HR function.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in HR Management or Business with HR electives required
• 2–3 years of HR or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred

Knowledge

• HR best practices: recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations
• Understanding of key employment laws: FMLA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FLSA, etc.

• Maintain and update employee data including reviews, disciplinary actions, transfers, promotions, and separations
• Provide information from employee records to authorized personnel
• Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, examinations, and related HR topics
• Compile HR reports and documentation
• Conduct reference checks and request information to determine candidate suitability
• Review and evaluate applications for qualifications and eligibility
• Coordinate job postings and communication of openings to internal and external candidates
• Maintain benefits files and documentation
