Job summary

LHH in Los Angeles, CA seeks an experienced HR Generalist with strong HRIS expertise to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage employee relations, workers' compensation, LOA administration, onboarding, training, and compliance in a healthcare-adjacent environment.

Responsibilities include administering WC and LOA programs, coordinating return-to-work, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HRIS data in Paycom, and partnering with leadership to foster a positive

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong HRIS expertise to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee relations, workers' compensation claims, leave of absence (LOA) administration, return-to-work programs, onboarding, training, and compliance. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and HR compliance
• Administer Workers' Compensation and LOA programs
• Coordinate return-to-work and accommodation processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee training
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data in Paycom
• Partner with leadership to support a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with HRIS
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, FMLA/LOA, ADA, and return-to-work processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience conducting employee training and onboarding
• Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive employee relationships

Pay range and compensation package
