The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and driven to continuously improve. You don't wait to be told what needs attention. You seek out opportunities, build solutions, and help create a workplace where employees can thrive from day one.

  • Partnering with leaders to create a positive and productive employee experience.

Be a Trusted HR Partner

You'll serve as a go-to resource for employees and leaders, helping strengthen engagement, performance, communication, and workplace culture.

  • Advising managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.

  • Building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Conducting regular \"temperature checks\" with leaders and employees to identify concerns and opportunities proactively.

  • Supporting employee development, engagement, retention, and team effectiveness.

  • Helping foster a positive, high-performance culture where employees feel valued and supported.

Support Benefits, Payroll & HR Operations

You'll help ensure employees have a seamless experience with HR programs and services.

  • Administering employee benefits and serving as a resource for employee questions.

  • Processing enrollments, status changes, and qualifying life events.

  • Supporting annual open enrollment activities.

  • Preparing, processing payroll, and auditing information for accuracy.

  • Maintaining employee records and HRIS data.

  • Supporting compliance efforts, audits, policy administration, and reporting.

Drive Continuous Improvement

We want someone who refuses to sit idle and is always looking for ways to make things better.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experiences.

  • Challenging the status quo and recommending solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Leading initiatives that improve recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention.

  • Taking ownership of problems and following through to resolution.

  • Serving as a champion for continuous improvement and organizational success.
