Job summary

University Health Partners of Hawai'i is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with management, providing recruiting and consultative HR support to ensure policies and programs align with organizational goals. Location includes 3 months in-office, with a hybrid schedule thereafter, and residency on Oahu.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus two years HR experience in recruiting, compliance, and payroll, with preferred HR degree and PHR/SHRM-CP certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with related work experience.
• Two years HR experience in recruiting, compliance, compensation, payroll, employee relations, or benefits.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in HR and PHR or SHRM-CP certification.

Responsibilities

• The HR Generalist partners with management to provide recruiting and consultative human resources support to the organization. Responsible for ensuring human resources policies, compliance practices, and programs are aligned to organization goals and objectives.
• Assist with policy compliance and ad hoc HR programs to meet organizational needs.
• Support compensation, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations as needed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
