Job summary

University Health Partners of Hawai'i seeks a Sr. Sourcer & HR Generalist to oversee recruitment activities and provide consultative HR support aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include optimizing candidate sourcing, ensuring HR policies and compliance, and partnering with management across benefits, payroll, and employee relations. This role requires 5 years in HR and sourcing, with a Bachelor's degree; Hawaii residence preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related work experience.
• Five years of candidate sourcing experience.
• Five years in professional HR experience including compliance, compensation, payroll, employee relations, and/or benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment activities and provide HR consultation aligned to organizational goals.
• Ensure HR policies and compliance practices are up to date and effective.
• Partner with management on benefits, payroll, employee relations, and other HR programs.

Job description

The Sr. Sourcer & HR Generalist partners with management to provide oversight in the recruitment activities of the department and consultative human resources support to the organization. Responsible for ensuring human resources policies, compliance practices, and programs are aligned to organization goals and objectives.

Location

First 3 months fully in office. This may be a hybrid position that works 2 days/week at the Gold Bond Building and 3 days/week Work From Home. Must reside on Oahu.

Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Extended hours as needed.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Five years of candidate sourcing
• Combined five years in professional HR experience compliance, compensation, payroll, employee relations, and/or benefits

Preferred

• Master's Degree in Human Resources
• PHR/SPHR Certification
