Job summary

IMS Gear is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to partner with employees and leaders across the organization. The role supports recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR programs that drive business success, with emphasis on employee relations and performance coaching.

The position involves coordinating engagement initiatives, maintaining HRIS data, producing workforce reports, and collaborating with global HR teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred; strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers.
• Lead employee relations efforts, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation).
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and corrective action processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Create HR reports and analyze workforce trends and metrics.
• Support training and development programs.
• Partner with local and international HR teams on strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For
