Securitas, Inc. in Fargo, ND is hiring a Human Resources Generalist responsible for recruitment and HR support at the branch office. The role involves assisting with employee relations, investigations, terminations, leaves, workers' comp, and compliance, while maintaining a positive, proactive approach.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; occasional Saturday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Support HR team with a variety of generalist tasks.
• Focus on recruitment activities to fill open positions.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, terminations and leaves of absence.
• Handle workers' compensation, compliance and other duties as needed.

Location:Fargo, ND (100% in Branch Office)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Rate:$20.00/Hour

We have aGREAT OPPORTUNITYfor anHuman Resources Generalistto help our Fargo, ND branch office. This position will be assisting the HR team with various tasks with a heavy focus on recruitment while assisting with employee relations, investigations, terminations, leave of absences, workers comp, compliance and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.If you have a passion to help people and a good attitude to learn, we would like to meet you. Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Must be willing to work an occasional Saturday for hiring events.
