We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team located at our office in Charlotte, NC. Our ideal candidate for a Human Resources Generalist is someone who has at least 4 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction adjacent industries. This individual is a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and enjoys collaborating with leaders, employees, and candidates across the organization. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as this role partners closely with multiple departments and company leadership. We are seeking someone personable, highly energetic, and brings a strong sense of ownership and leadership to their work. This role will spend approximately 50% of their time on recruitment activities and will include a monthly trip to our Raleigh, NC location.
