Addison Group in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR partner across multiple field locations. This hands-on role combines full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while collaborating with local leadership and a corporate HR team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong experience with employee relations and manager coaching.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience across both exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, ADA, and employment law.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); iCIMS experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a highly visible, onsite HR role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR resource for multiple office locations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, administrative, and operations positions.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Coach managers and employees on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and performance issues.
• Conduct employee investigations and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Maintain recruiting activity and applicant records within the company's applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations including OFCCP, EEO, ADA, and related HR policies.
• Support benefits administration, open enrollment, employee engagement initiatives, and additional HR programs.
• Collaborate with corporate HR leadership while operating independently at the local level.
