Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for the site

HR Generalist

Location: Houston, TX 77073 (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, start anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, as long as they are working within the 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM operating window.
Compensation: $72,000-$80,000 base salary, with flexibility based on experience, plus annual bonus opportunity

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as the primary Human Resources representative for a manufacturing facility in Houston. This position will act as the sole onsite HR resource, partnering closely with leadership while supporting a diverse employee population. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, handling both strategic and tactical HR responsibilities, and serving as a trusted advisor to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for the site
