Randstad USA is seeking an experienced HR Contact Center specialist to handle first-tier inquiries, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management, in a high-volume environment.
You will apply HR policies and state/federal laws while delivering accurate solutions, documenting cases, and producing reports to support operations and metrics. A High School diploma is required, and the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with predictable hours.

Salary: $20 - $21 per hour, shift: First, work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM, education: High School.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
