The role supports a people-first workplace by overseeing HR services, policies, and programs that help employees grow while also reinforcing a safe, well-supported environment for residents.

You will guide and manage the community’s overall HR function, ensuring programs are compliant, organized, and responsive to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations relevant to HR.
• Knowledge of AHCA mandated training requirements.
• Demonstrated compliance and employment laws knowledge.
• Ability to manage a demanding HR department.
• Care and compassion for elderly residents.
