Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and team member relations.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
