Job summary

LHH is partnering with a growing client to hire an experienced Human Resources Director who will lead the HR function and partner with leadership on organizational growth, employee engagement, and workforce strategy.

You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits and compliance, mentor the HR team, and shape policies to ensure legal compliance while supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong experience with acquisitions/mergers.
