Our client are a privately owned healthcare business who, as a result of growth, have recently moved into a newly refurbished office in Brooklyn. They are a multisite operation with 6 hubs across New York from which field team members operate. In total the business has around 3500 employees in total.

What is the position? The role is a Human Resources Director opportunity which will be site based and will report into the business owner with a line into the CFO. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing a team as well as being hands on with all elements of the HR operations and strategy. A big part of the position will be to drive efficiency and automation through systems and process. A budget has been put aside to implement a new HR system, a process which the HR Director will lead alongside the CFO.

What experience is needed? To be considered for the opportunity, applicants will:

• Have a strong, proven background in HR with demonstrable leadership experience
• Experience within a healthcare environment. Home care experience would be highly advantageous
• Be a strong systems user with a passion for technology and utilization of systems. Exposure to an implementation would be advantageous but not essential.
• Experience of working with HHA Exchange would be highly desirable
• Have full cycle HR experience with a 'roll your sleeves up' approach to work
• Have experience with workers compensation processes

What is on offer? The HR Director will receive a base salary between $115,000 and $130,000 per annum plus a full benefits package which includes healthcare (vision, medical and dental), 401K plan, discretionary bonus plan and PTO.

This position is a site based requirement with the company HQ being based in Brooklyn.
