Role: Human Resource Director

Duration: Permanent

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid role)

As a Director of Human Resources, you will:

• Oversee daily HR activities at the NYC Campus.
• Collaborate with academic and non-academic leaders to develop effective People strategies.
• Provide coaching and strategic partnership to supervisors on performance, leadership, and conflict management.
• Implement impactful people policies to support organizational growth and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the HR team on communications, projects, and best practices.
• Lead employee relations initiatives and promote a positive culture and DEI efforts.
• Ensure all employees understand and embody company values.
