Role: Human Resources Director
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000/annually + Benefits & Bonus
Location: New Hope, Pennsylvania - Hybrid working schedule - 1 day a week in office

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a small, yet powerful HR team on the East- and West Coasts: Support approximately 160 employees within North America, provide HR leadership and direction, and collaborate with local and international HR teams to achieve project goals.
2. Define and implement HR vision: Champion HR projects, processes, and best practices; partner with internal teams to translate business requirements into HR deliverables.
3. Solve complex problems and foster innovation: Tackle challenges within your team and across the organization; drive process improvements and influence global HR culture.
4. Build and empower high-performing teams: Develop and motivate HR and management teams; support a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth; influence business growth through strategic HR initiatives.
5. Manage HR lifecycle: Oversee business partnering, HR operations, and administration; promote knowledge exchange among global HR units; maximize benefits of global HR services.
