The HR Director will oversee employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy development, ensuring legal compliance and a high-performance culture throughout the organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a medium-sized organization.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
• SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, or SPHR certification strongly preferred.

We are seeking an experienced HR leader who can oversee human resource functions while serving as a trusted partner to leadership and employees. This is a hands-on role requiring strong judgment, communication, and the ability to balance employee needs with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Employee Relations: Lead employee relations and conflict resolution while promoting a professional and supportive work environment.
• Recruiting and Onboarding: Oversee recruiting efforts and ensure an effective and consistent onboarding experience for new employees.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws, regulations, and HR requirements.
• Benefits Administration: Oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing administration of employee benefits.
• Culture and Team Development: Partner with leadership to maintain and strengthen a positive workplace culture while supporting organizational growth.
• Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, refine, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a medium sized organization
• Strong experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, recruiting, and benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across an organization
• Experience supporting organizational growth and change
• SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, or SPHR certification strongly preferred
