Our client, a leading provider of luxury, short-term rentals, is seeking a Human Resources Directorto join their team! This position is hybrid with 3 days in their beautiful Boston office.Job Responsibilities
Build a working environment aligned with the company values
Roll out and evaluate policies, updates, and other HR related timelines with entire organization
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive people and recruitment strategies including DEI and Corporate Social responsibility
Lead feedback and coaching cycles using the 360-degree feedback method
Provide guidance and strategies for management, employee development, engagement, feedback and retention to department managers
Design onboarding programs to set employees up for success
Maintain and evaluation all HR technology including HRIS, ATS, and Google Admin
Lead evaluation and selection of employee benefit programs
Knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations
Oversee all aspects of payroll policies and be the primary point of contact for all questions regarding payroll platform/HRIS
Work with payroll administrators to monitor and resolve discrepancies and employee inquires
Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry trends
Generate payrolls reports
Update records by reviewing exemptions, insurance, savings deductions, etc.
Skills and Qualifications
3-5+ years of Human Resources/People Operations leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related field of study is a plus
Professional certification (SHRM-CP, SCP, PHR) is a plus
Expertise in benefits selection and administration
High degree of technology literacy (ADP, Paylocity, MS Office, Google Suite)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain professionalism
Excellent time management, planning, and multitasking skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
