Horizon Medical Center of McKinney is an innovative, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered healthcare services to our community. As a brand-new 26-bed in-patient rehab hospital, we are committed to setting new standards in patient care and rehabilitation. We value compassion, excellence, and teamwork, and we are looking for an experienced, customer service focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time position working in office 3 days a week.

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day human resource functions and administrative duties. The Human Resources Coordinator will provide clerical and administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This position will also be responsible for conducting new hire orientation, maintaining employee records as well as assisting with recruitment and on-boarding functions.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one (1) year clerical experience required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of previous human resources experience preferred.
  • Previous recruitment experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working for a hospital or healthcare company preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Exemplary customer service skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
