Horizon Medical Center of McKinney is an innovative, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered healthcare services to our community. As a new 26-bed inpatient rehab hospital, we are committed to setting new standards in patient care and rehabilitation. We value compassion, excellence, and teamwork, and we are seeking an experienced, customer service-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time position working in the office 3 days a week.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day human resource functions and administrative duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
• Conduct new hire orientations.
• Maintain employee records.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding functions.

What We Are Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) year of clerical experience required.
• Previous human resources experience preferred.
• Previous recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
