Responsibilities

  • Coordinate learning and development trainings, events, and workshops and partner closely with vendors in executing trainings and events
  • Administer learning and development curriculum utilizing the learning management system (LMS)
  • Manage global learning and development curriculum and programs, including event coordination, program enrollment, program feedback and analytics, and program optimization efforts
  • Manage vendor relations to support budgeting, procurement, and technical aspects of learning and development program administration
  • Leverage reporting analytics and curriculum feedback to evaluate and improve program effectiveness
  • Perform project coordination for high-profile programs, overseeing end-to-end planning and execution
  • Maintains and updates process guides to reflect process improvements and system enhancements
  • Support special projects as needed

We are currently seeking candidates for a Human Resources Coordinator - Learning and Development opportunity with a highly successful financial services firm in Boston, MA. The Human Resources Coordinator - Learning and Development will support trainings, events, and workshops and partner closely with vendors in executing trainings and events. The ideal candidate will have 1–2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, human resources (HR) coordination, project coordinator, or similar role within professional services.

This is a 12+ month contract position with potential to extend, paying between $30–$33/hour (depending on experience). The role follows a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA.
