The Panther Group is seeking a polished Talent Development Coordinator to support a global Talent Development team in a professional corporate environment. You will administer and execute learning programs, coordinate workshops, manage the LMS, handle vendor relationships, and help with reporting and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Project Management, Human Development, or related discipline.
  • Ideally 2+ years of relevant professional experience in HR coordination, project coordination, talent development, learning & development, or related admin/professional environment.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, talent development tools, HR systems, or training coordination is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate learning and development programs, workshops, training sessions, and related events.
  • Manage onsite event logistics, enrollment requirements, scheduling, and program coordination.
  • Administer development offerings through the organization's Learning Management System.
  • Analyze course feedback and reporting data to help evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal procurement and technical teams to support training requirements.
  • Provide project coordination for high-profile talent and leadership development programs from planning through ongoing delivery.
  • Maintain and update process documentation to reflect improvements and system enhancements.
  • Support Talent Development and Talent Enablement teams with special projects, including initiatives focused on improving and automating HR operational processes.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Talent Development Coordinator

We are seeking a polished, highly organized Talent Development Coordinator to support a global Talent Development team within a professional corporate environment. The Talent Development Coordinator will support the administration and execution of learning and development programs across the organization, including workshop coordination, Learning Management System administration, vendor management, program logistics, reporting, and special projects. This individual will interact with professionals at various levels of the organization and must demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and professional maturity.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay Rate: $29.00–$34.00/hour Depending on Experience #ZRPROF
