Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Coordinator to welcome colleagues, applicants, and visitors, providing exceptional administrative support.

You will respond to inquiries, manage walk-ins, support recruitment and onboarding, and help maintain a positive HR office environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• A genuine passion for serving others and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Previous Human Resources experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
