Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator (Entry Level) to support daily HR operations in our downtown Salt Lake City hotel. You will welcome colleagues, applicants, and visitors, handle inquiries, and assist with recruitment and onboarding in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), organized, and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and discretion.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Greet colleagues, applicants, and visitors and provide exceptional administrative support.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
• Manage walk-in requests and maintain a welcoming HR office environment.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities and assist with special projects.
• Safeguard confidential employee information and exercise discretion and integrity.
