We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support Human Resources and Labor Relations functions in a fast-paced, unionized environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining workforce data integrity, coordinating investigations, supporting contract administration, and partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Details:

Mon-Fri, 7 AM–4 PM

Pay: $18-21/hr

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate union-management relations, including contract administration, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Support investigations, negotiations, and workforce planning using data analytics
• Maintain accurate labor records and HR system data (e.g., Workday)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Benefits, Payroll, IT) on employee-related issues
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
• Manage onboarding, compensation planning, and HR transactions
• Provide coaching to leaders and employees on HR matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in HR/Business or 3+ years HR experience
• Experience with Workday & Kronos
