Job Title: Team Resources Coordinator

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Team Resources

Reports to: Team Resources Team Leader

Location: Proctor – 166

Summary

The Team Resources (TR) Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across functions such as onboarding, employee records management, HR reporting, employee support, and compliance with HR policies. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, working independently, and supporting the team as needed.

Essential Duties and Functions
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, background checks, and training coordination.
  • Coordinate with staffing vendors or external partners.
  • Maintain accurate teammate records.
  • Organize teammate engagement activities.
  • Assist in TR projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute HR communications.
  • Support company-wide communications.
  • Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Produce reports on HR activities and assist with HR projects.
  • Track HR metrics like turnover and headcount.
  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership.
  • Pursue personal and professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must perform essential duties satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
  • High confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
  • HR or administrative experience preferred.
Preferred
  • 1+ years of HR experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Manual dexterity for keyboard/mouse use.
  • Sufficient speech, hearing, and vision for communication and monitor use.
  • Sitting for extended periods.
