Job Summary

The HR Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational activities supporting the organization to develop, enhance, and execute procedures and policies in alignment with company goals and initiatives.

Essential Job Accountabilities
  1. Coordinate, lead, and direct all HR administrative and operational tasks/initiatives including onboarding, orientation, off-boarding, compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, and HRIS data accuracy.
  2. Collect and analyze HR data and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Assist in developing and executing human resources procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business units.
  4. Assist in administering benefits, compensation, employee performance programs, and reward & recognition programs.
  5. Ensure legal compliance with HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, updating policies as necessary.
  6. Consult with business unit team members regarding HR strategies that support business needs.
  7. Provide full cycle, day-to-day HR support across all levels.
  8. Advise and train managers and supervisors in employee relations practices and strategies.
  9. Serve as the point of contact on HR issues and questions.
  10. Evaluate and respond to employee concerns.
  11. Conduct investigations of complaints and recommend corrective actions.
  12. Support management in employee development through coaching and mentoring.
  13. Stay current with employee relations trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, business, Employee Relations, or related field preferred.
  2. 2+ years of broad-based HR generalist experience.
  3. Experience with HRIS/Payroll Systems, preferably ADP.
  4. Collaborative leadership skills.
  5. Conflict management and resolution skills.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness.
  7. Strong integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
  8. Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and creativity.
  9. Thorough knowledge of HR procedures, policies, and metrics.
  10. Experience in developing programs that positively impact employee relations.
  11. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team orientation.
